DOA Policy

DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy. We ONLY Include DOA on orders shipped through Fed Ex Overnight. Picking up order at your local Fed Ex hub is the best way to ensure a safe arrival of your order.

To start a successful claim:

1. Confirm your shipping was through Fed Ex Overnight.
2. Please record a short video of opening your package. No Kubrick production needed, just short simple video showing your opening process.
3. Clearly show opening box > container > to dead isopods.
4. Reach out via Shopify website chat or email only please.
5. We will determine via chat when we will resend DOA's.
6. Become friends forever.
