Temperate Springtails (Collembola Sp.) 

Springtails are tiny arthropods (1-4 mm) that are used to form a complete terrarium ecosystem and aid in the consumption of decaying matter in the environment. This species makes a great starter feeder for dart frogs in particular as well.
